At Veil Racing, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our returns policy below before making a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

We'll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or send your exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we’re not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
